2. Account Registration & Shipper Signup:
AHL Courier Pvt Ltd has a standard account opening procedure for account activation. To register for the account opening, visit Open your account Create now option and fill out all the requirements. Once the process has been done, our representatives will call you for further proceedings in less than 30 minutes.

3. Payments & Invoices:
Payments for every delivered shipment will be reimbursed to the customer twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please note that payments will be made exclusively through IBFT. Additionally, it’s important to mention that all charges related to each shipment will be deducted from the payment.

4. Pick Up Time Schedule for Vendors:
Our cutoff pickup time is 2 PM. Kindly ensure that all pickup requests are added to the portal before this deadline. Any requests added after 2 PM or late notifications may impact our pickup schedule. Our Pick-Up Team will be Respond promptly.

5. Packaging:
Shippers will be solely responsible for the packaging of their shipments which should be tacked/sealed with AHL Courier Pvt Ltd labels pasted on it.  AHL Courier Pvt Ltd offers the following packaging material; Small (10*8), Medium (12*16), Large (14*19), XL (16*22). Packaging Material can only be requested after your account opening and payment of those requested flyers can be adjusted in account). Shippers can use their own branded/non-branded flyers which should be fully sealed, Flyers from any other vendor, (courier company) would not be accepted & such shipments will be held in operations as soon as the shipment arrives at our facility.

6. Shipment Shall not be booked Including:
Currency, Jewellery, Bullion, Antiques, Liquor, Stamps, Precious Metals, Precious Stones, Works of Art, Fire Arms, Plants, Drugs, Explosives, Animals, Perishable goods and items, Negotiable Instruments in bearer form, Lewd Objects, Obscene and Pornographic Material, Industrial Carbons and Diamonds, hazardous or combustible materials, and all other items/articles restricted by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) and any item whose distribution is regulated by law or by any statute of the Provincial or Federal Government.
AHL courier Pvt Ltd will have full legal authority to act against the customer in case any such item is found in any shipments.

7. Confidential information:
The Shipper covenants and agrees not to reveal to any person, firm, corporation or any other entity any Confidential Information of any nature concerning the AHL Courier Pvt Ltd or its business, or anything connected therewith. The Employee agrees that all such Confidential Information belongs to the Company in perpetuity, beyond the term of this Agreement. The term “Confidential Information” means all confidential proprietary information, whether in oral, electronic, magnetic, optical or written form, including but not limited to: business processes, business strategy, services, products, plans, intentions, pricing, inventions, intellectual property, trade secrets.

8. Claims:
Claims for alleged overcharge shall be filed with the AHL Courier within one (1) month of the date of the AHL Courier’s invoice. Claims against the AHL Courier by the Shipper for damages arising shall be filed within fifteen (15) days from the incident giving rise to such claim.

9. Customer Responsibilities:
Customers using AHL Courier’s services are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment information, including package contents and recipient details. It is the customer’s responsibility to securely package items to prevent damage during transit and to ensure that packages are properly labeled with the necessary shipping labels and documentation. Customers must also be available to send or receive shipments during scheduled pickup and delivery times to avoid delays or missed deliveries.

10. Fraud Awareness:
Thank you for your commitment to combating online fraud with AHL. AHL is dedicated to safeguarding our customers from fraudulent activities. If you suspect you have received fraudulent emails, SMS messages, or encountered websites or social media accounts posing as AHL, we encourage you to promptly inform us. Your vigilance helps us take swift action to prevent fraud.
To report any suspicious activity, please reach out to our dedicated Reporting team at Info@ahlogistic.pk Kindly include as much detail as possible in your report.
Rest assured, we thoroughly investigate every report of suspected fraud. However, please note that we may not respond to individual inquiries. For questions about shipment status or invoices, please contact our customer support team.

11. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any disputes or disagreements between AHL Courier and its customers, we are committed to resolving issues in a fair and timely manner. Customers can contact our customer support team to initiate the dispute resolution process, which may involve mediation, arbitration, or legal action as necessary. AHL Courier aims to address customer concerns effectively and maintain positive relationships with our valued customers.

12. Account Security:
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their AHL Courier accounts, including passwords and login credentials. Any unauthorized use of customer accounts should be reported to AHL Courier immediately for investigation and resolution.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
AHL Courier reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as needed to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or regulatory requirements. Customers will be notified of any changes via email, website notifications, or other communication channels. Continued use of AHL Courier’s services following the implementation of revised terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
